The Residence 649 offer various booking options. You can contact us anytime by telephone or email. The easiest and quickest way is to book via Airbnb, Booking.com or Trip Avisor where you simply have to enter the requested residence and date.

When booking through our website www.theresidence649.com or directly in our hotel, we guarantee, that you will get the best available rate. In case you will find a cheaper price after your booking, you will receive the cheaper rate less 10% discount.

When booking furnished apartments in beirut, prices are expected to be less than hotels. Clients seeking long term stays prefer furnished apartments for rent rather than hotels. When it comes to Monthly rates compared to daily rate, long stay rentals get way cheaper than short stays. For Monthly & Yearly rentals, special prices and deals are available for people looking for furnished apartment in beirut.

Starting 3pm, our apartments would be available for our residents. 

Check-out is generally at 11 am. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

Extra beds are available if requested in addition for booster seats for babies.

The Residence 649 have sufficient parking spaces. Three under ground parking areas are available for the project in addition for the ground floor level. Each apartment has a parking space for 1 car. Executive apartments are entitled for 2 car space.

The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Breakfast is available per request for a charge of 10$.

Neither half nor full board are available. Nevertheless beverages are available and served in the premises.

It is strictly forbidden to have pets in the premises.

All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis.

Usually studios and one bedroom residence can accommodate 2 persons.Superior and executive bedrooms can accommodate 3 persons with a possibility to add 1 extra bed per room.

The Residence 649 follows a strategy of Low season and high season prices.Low season prices are from January till may plus October and November excluding easter period  which varies between march and april. High season covers summer period from june till September including Christmas period( December).

Wifi is available in all the premises. In the reception its free of charge.as for the rooms, its chargeable per usage.

When booking the daily rate you will generally have the option to book without credit card. Your room will be reserved until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you do not check in prior to 6 pm, your reservation will be cancelled automatically without charge. In case of delay please inform us prior to 6 pm. If you no longer require the room we would appreciate it if you would advise us. To guarantee  and secure your booking, you will need to give information about your credit card to the reservation officer. Nothing will be charged before checking in. in case of no show or no cancellation before 6, one full night will be charged.

At the moment, you can only pay by credit card or if you choose you can pay at the premises.

If you book a rate with a deposit policy with air bnb or booking.com. we will charge your credit card at time of booking. If you book with our premises directly via mail or at the reception, you only provide your credit card only as a guarantee, we will not charge it, but will only reserve the amount by our credit card system.
